Private clinics lose most new patients to the clinic that answers first. Our AI receptionist answers every call on the first ring, day or night, takes the enquiry properly, and books it into your diary while the caller is still interested.
The price is on this page, in full, before you talk to anyone. No contract, no cancellation fee.
We publish the standard price next to the pilot price on purpose: in two months you move to the standard price, and you knew the number before you paid the first one.
Setup is free (£249 normally). From month three it is the standard £199/month below — that is written in the checkout and in the terms, not sprung on you later.
What we ask in return: at the end of the pilot, an honest written testimonial and permission to show your real numbers (calls answered, appointments booked). If the numbers are bad, we would rather know than hide it.
Cancel any month by email. No contract, no cancellation fee.
Plus a one-time setup of £249: the script written for your business, your calendar connected, the number ported or forwarded, and the agent tested with you before it goes live.
Same service as the pilot. No per-call fee, no per-minute fee, no per-appointment fee.
Fair use: if your calls ever go far above a normal month (more than 1,000 call minutes), we talk with you first and agree on a plan that fits. Nothing appears on your invoice that you did not agree to.
If the receptionist does not book at least one appointment on your calendar in her first 30 days live, we refund your first month in full (ask within 45 days of go-live). That applies to the pilot month too.
NeverLose has zero paying customers today, and that is exactly why the pilot exists and why the setup fee is waived for the first three. We will not show you a case study we do not have, and there are no invented percentages anywhere on this page.
The receptionist introduces itself as an AI assistant on the first sentence of every call. It does not pretend to be a person, it does not give professional advice, and anything it cannot handle goes to a human with a written summary.
