1. The service
NeverLose provides an AI after-hours intake service for personal injury law firms and for criminal defense and DUI law firms in the United States. Our AI receptionist answers inbound calls on your behalf, gathers the caller's details, books consultations on your calendar, and notifies you.
NeverLose is an independent contractor. We are not your employee, agent, or legal representative, and we do not practice law and we do not represent your callers.
2. Recording of calls
All calls handled by NeverLose are recorded, stored, and transcribed for quality assurance, dispute resolution, and proof of consent. Our AI receptionist discloses that it is an AI assistant and that the call is recorded at the start of every call.
By using the service, you authorize this recording and confirm that you have the right to authorize it for calls placed to your firm's number.
We record calls only as your service provider, on your firm's behalf. NeverLose does not use recordings or transcripts to train AI models, and does not use them for any purpose of its own. The telephony, speech-recognition and AI providers that process each call do so under their own data terms.
3. Fees and billing
- Founding-firm rate — $597 per month, flat. Billed monthly in advance, by card. It is locked in for as long as your firm keeps the service and is never raised for your firm.
- No per-case fee. A booked consultation, a qualified case, a signed client — none of them add anything to your invoice.
- No other charges. No setup fee, no installation fee, no cancellation fee, and nothing billed by the minute, by the call, by the case, or by the message.
Current prices are published on our pricing page and are confirmed in writing before your service begins. We do not bill by the minute. The plan covers the normal after-hours call volume of one firm — the calls that come in to one firm's own phone line. If your call volume is ever far above a normal firm's after-hours volume (more than 1,000 call minutes in a month), we will talk with you first and agree together on a plan that fits; nothing on your invoice changes without your written agreement, and nothing is ever charged per minute, per call or per case. If we ever change our prices, the change applies only to firms that sign up after it; your rate stays the rate you signed up at.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee and no notice period. To cancel, reply to any email from us, write to hello@neverloseaclient.com, or call (623) 220-3643 and say you want to cancel. We stop the subscription and confirm it to you by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month, and you are not charged again after that.
Turning the call forwarding off on your own phone stops calls reaching Riley, but it does not cancel the subscription — tell us, and we stop the billing.
30-day promise: if Riley does not book at least one consultation on your calendar during her first 30 days live on your line, we refund your first month's payment in full. Just reply to any of our emails within 45 days of go-live to ask for it. "Live" means your after-hours calls are forwarded to Riley; the 30 days start the day she goes live.
5. Your phone number
You keep your own number. Calls are forwarded to us and can be un-forwarded by you at any time, without our involvement and without losing your number.
6. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate firm information, practice area, hours, and intake rules.
- Share a Google Calendar with us so we can write appointments to it. Google Calendar is the only calendar Riley books on today; if you use another system, tell us before go-live so we can agree how to handle it.
- Honor the appointments we book, or contact the caller to reschedule.
- Comply with all laws that apply to your own business and to messages sent on your behalf.
7. What we do not do
- We do not make cold outbound calls or send cold text messages on your behalf. We do not text or call the people who call you at all — the only text we send goes to your own firm, with Riley's notes at the end of each call.
- We do not give legal advice, estimate case value, quote deadlines, or make promises about the outcome of any case.
- We do not handle emergency, medical, or life-safety dispatch. Callers with an emergency are told to hang up and dial 911.
8. Availability
We target continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Outages caused by telephone carriers, upstream providers, or force majeure are outside our control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are communicated by email at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means acceptance.
10. Disputes
If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first try to resolve it in good faith by email, for at least 30 days, before taking any formal action. Nothing here removes any right you have under applicable U.S. law.
