What happens when she doesn't know an answer?
She says so — and flags you immediately. She is instructed never to give legal advice, estimate case value or quote deadlines. Anything outside her instructions gets a "let me get that confirmed for you" and goes to you in her notes at the end of the call.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. Your number stays exactly the same. We only step in on the calls you couldn't pick up — everything else works like it always has.
What if the caller wants a real person?
Callers can always ask for a person. If someone describes a medical emergency or someone badly hurt, she tells them to call 911 first. If someone asks for a person, she takes their number and flags it to you as urgent.
How long does setup take? What do I have to do?
Right after checkout you answer a few short questions on a secure page (your firm's name, the attorney's name, the cell phone for case alerts, and the calendar to book on). We do 100% of the rest — setup, connection, testing. Forwarding takes about ten minutes on your side.
Do you text my callers?
No. Riley takes the caller's number so you can call them back — we never text them. The only text message we send goes to you: her notes at the end of every call, to the cell number you give us at setup. It is sent from (855) 503-1914, a number registered to NeverLose under U.S. carrier rules — we don't register texting in your firm's name. See the SMS consent page.
I run a criminal defense or DUI firm. Is the price the same?
Yes — identical. $597 a month, flat, the founding-firm rate, locked in for as long as you stay, with no per-case fee. No setup fee, no contract, cancel any time by email. The 30-day promise is the same too: if Riley does not book at least one consultation on your calendar in her first 30 days live, we refund your first month in full. What changes is the intake, not the invoice. To hear it, call (623) 220-3643 and tell her your firm does criminal defense or DUI.
What does she do on a call from someone who was just arrested?
She says she is an AI assistant, then takes who is facing the charge, where they are being held, the charge as it reads on their paperwork, the court date if there is one, and a callback number she reads back digit by digit. She never asks what happened — if the caller starts explaining, she stops them and tells them to save it for the attorney. If she can tell the call is coming from a jail or detention facility phone, she says out loud that those calls are usually recorded and asks them not to discuss the case on that line. She never talks about bail, bond, fines or sentencing, and never gives legal advice of any kind. If the caller is free — usually a family member — she then books the consultation. If the caller is the person still in custody, she does not book a time they cannot keep: she takes their name, where they are held, the booking number and the name and number of someone on the outside your office can call, and marks it urgent. Either way your office gets her full notes by text message the moment the call ends.
What if it doesn't pay for itself?
Then cancel — there is no contract, so month two only happens if month one was worth it. And if her first 30 days live go by without a single consultation booked on your calendar, we refund that first month in full.
